Reflexology
Reflexology is a great, relaxing therapy for all sorts of ailments (emotional and physical). It involves massaging specific points of the feet or hands, where nerve endings are highly numerous, and different parts can influence the state of other parts of the body, including the vital organs. It's really good at working out where your problems might lie and freeing up blockages in nerve 'energy'. This can help redress states of imbalance caused by injury, illness or stress. This imbalance can prevent the body from functioning effectively. Returning proper balance to the nervous system helps the body to heal itself.

Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a traditional hands-on Japanese healing art. It can help in a wide range of conditions - from specific injuries to more general symptoms of poor health. Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing experience and regular Shiatsu sessions help to prevent the build up of stress that is such a common element of modern life.
The philosophy underlying Shiatsu is that vital energy (Qi ), flows throughout the body in a series of channels called meridians. When Qi stops flowing freely, the results are expressed as symptoms. Shiatsu is a therapy that regards people as complete beings - addressing mind, body and spirit,
Common conditions which can be helped by Shiatsu include:
Back pain; headaches, migraines; whiplash injuries and neck stiffness; joint pain and reduced mobility; menstrual problems; digestive problems; asthmatic symptoms; sports injuries depression, and stress
Shiatsu treatments consider your state of health including the symptoms you are experiencing, and use a variety of appropriate techniques to improve your energy flow. These may include gentle holding, pressing with palms, thumbs, fingers, elbows, knees and feet on the meridians as well as more dynamic rotations and stretches.

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy uses the power of essential oils to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms. Essential oils are aromatic extracts distilled from plants, trees and herbs. The scents from essential oils are believed to activate nerve cells in the nose which send impulses to the limbic system, the area of the brain associated with emotions and memories. Blending therapeutic essential oils for massage, inhalation or topical application can stimulate well-being and encourage a healthy mental, physical and emotional body.

Homeopathy
Homeopathy is an effective system of healing which stimulates the body’s own natural healing power. All symptoms whether they are of the mind or body are expressions of disharmony within the whole person. It is the person who needs treatment not the disease. It is therefore essential that the homeopath learns as much about the patient as possible. The first consultation lasts an hour and a half to enable the patient to relax and tell their story. Healing begins right there in the consulting room because the patient is allowed the time and space to talk about themselves and their life and to begin to make sense of it all. At the end of the consultation the patient is given a homeopathic remedy and full instructions on how to take it. The homeopath usually likes to see the patient again in 4 to 6 weeks time to discuss the effects of the remedy and further treatment.
Initial Consultations 90 mins cost £60
Follow up consultations 45 mins cost £45

Kinesiology
Kinesiology (including Food Sensitivity Testing)
For help with:
Allergies, Bloating, Blood pressure, Candida, Constipation, Depression, Headaches, Indigestion, Irritable bowel, Joint pain, Menopause, Migraine, Tiredness, Weight & much more.
How does Kinesiology work?
A technique called 'muscle testing' is used. The muscles are used not for their strength, but instead because they are linked via the lymphatic system & acupressure meridians (e.g. stomach meridian) to various parts of the body. It works on the principle that the body knows exactly what's wrong with it & what help it needs to heal it. The 'muscle testing' is a way of gathering this information from the individual by finding out what is causing the ill health & how to treat/heal it. Treatments are based on the 4 Pillars of Health.
An example of what might take place in a treatment:
E.g. client needs help with bloating: The underlying cause of the problem is identified & treated by using the
4 Pillars of Health:
Nutrition: Food intolerances are tested for & supplements may be used to heal the gut.
Physical: Lymphatic points may be stimulated to heal the intestine.
Mental / Emotion: Our thoughts have a direct impact on our bodies. N.L.P techniques, Flower remedies may be used to help the person deal more appropriately with
the emotion/situation that is contributing to the physical symptoms.
Energy: Rebalancing the subtle energy of the body e.g. meridians, chakras.
